Stronger through Technolgy
To help you manage sports' turf as effectively as possible, Scotts has developed a range of unique, patented technologies that mimic the environmental needs of the plant. The ideal fertilizer programme is one that avoids sudden flushes of grawoth, instead maintaining consistent root and vegetative activity throughout the growing season to develop a sturdy turf sward.
Scotts has designed several brands to be used under different circumstances, which mimic the nutrient demands of the turf plant throughout the year.
The aim is to:
- Maintain a consistent nutrient supply to the turf over the season
- Help develop a denser turf grass area
- Promote a better root system
- Make the turf more resistant to stress (caused by wear and tear, disease, environmental conditions etc.)
- Obtain a better distribution pattern of nutrients
- Increase flexibility when your advisor recommends very low nutrient application rates
